    I love living in the country. I love the fact that so far (6 months in) I have done my running & 30 day "challenges" on my own with recently adding in my bike, and in the past few weeks the treadmill at work for speed work without going to any "organized" place. After all, it's hard with my work schedule.

    THEN I see posts like yours with amazing results with a program I've thought a lot about, and it makes me wish I lived closer in to join a box! Off now to google to see where the closest one is.....

    Just found this thread and giving it a good ol' bump. I was thinking of joining a crossfit gym and this is exactly what I needed to see. Amazing results, I totally love the shape of your tummy and waist!

    I don't. Makes me think about how it wouldn't matter how fit I got...the loose skin that will never shrink and go away without $20,000 disposable income will never allow me to look good naked. Sad me.
