    I wouldn't attempt to do that. I would just eat the way you're eating now. Like you said, it may take some time for your body to get used to it. No need to go backwards. If you don't mind me asking, are you eating Keto, Paleo, or another low carb diet?

    I used to focus on weight loss and the posts I've read in the thread just reinforces what I learned... that eating right and exercising regularly is far healthier than achieving a low weight.
