hi everyone. i'm new to MFP, been on here for a few weeks. would love to have more friends on the site to stay motivated and focused.
i just started with a trainer and have been trying to eat healthier and more often. this site and the accompanying app are wonderful in keeping me in line. i definitely pay more attention to what i put in my mouth and how it will affect me.
hopefully i will be able to meet my goals soon!
