      I'm 5 miles from the MS/LA state line. Working to get back into shape after years (ok a life time really) of hating exercise. Next week, on the 12th of June, I will have hit my one month mark... Hoping to have lost 8 pounds... but right now stuck at -6.

      What fitness equipment do you use? I'm putting together a home fitness gym since we live 30 miles from the nearest civilization really. We have an ab lounger, treadmill, glider, and about to get a Total Gym.

      I can tell you this... I have NEVER fought so hard to lose weight before in my life. I'm 55 and it seems like my body just doesn't want to let any of it go! UGH!

      I live in North Florida...which is the "southern" part of the state...as opposed to South Florida, which is mostly transplanted northerners.

      However I am one of those transplants. But I do love shrimp 'n grits.
