Hi there! Yeah, if we only could target the weight loss.... Sadly though, the places where the fat gets stuck are part of our genetic makeup. As a matter of fact, the fat deposits in women are different, depending on their origin and the climate there. It's meant as protection and climate control during pregnancies. E.g. Mediterranean women have more hips, women from cold climates are padded all over, you get the idea... You have to go back to the kitchen and adjust your diet, if you want to see your pretty muscles. If you hate cardio as much as I do, you can add some strong power walks outside or on the treadmill on uphill setting (no holding on to the hand rails!!). I find it easier on the joints, and it will still set your buns on fire and will torch a ton of calories in the process.
    Good luck!

Lower your overall body fat percentage.

There is no way to target fat loss like that. Sorry.

yep.. sorry its all or nothing.
  • Okay, thanks guys for the advice :)
I already do brazilian butt lift and run on the treadmill in incline.
My belly seems to be shrinking the most. So hopefully my thighs will pop in the action too.

brazil butt lift really works. I lost a lot of inches and look toned. I used to say I could weigh 80 lbs and still have a large butt and thighs. this really did help.

As others have said, you can't spot reduce. A moderate calorie deficit is the only thing, short of surgery, that will remove the fat and it will come off from where your genetically predisposed to lose weight first. Lifting weights will help retain the awesome muscle you have as you lose the fat and will give you a better overall appearance once you do lose it. Good luck.
