I'm doing a lot more than I usually do thanks to this thread, I'm only logging additional exercise. I deliver parcels on thu, fri & sat so that's a good 3 hours walking in the lovely sunshine each day

Happy to say that each time I resume exercise after chemo I'm a little bit stronger! The day after my first infusion I managed 10.2 mph (okay, it was also three days after surgery to install my port). The day after my second infusion I clocked 15.2 mph. Tonight it's 16.8 mph. Still lower than my usual intensity, but I'm back up to snuff in just a few days. *fist pump* :drinker:0 -
