    For walking/running:

    "Let's go, Fatty McFatterson."

I say it to my mini horse as we get ready for a walk/run.

    For lifting:

"TIME TO GET SWOLE!" Afterwards, I grab my son and run around the house like King Kong with Jane.

    Shake it off.

    Suck it up, Buttercup.

I say one of these every time I start to feel like not going or when I want to quit before I'm finished.

    1. Be fabulous.

    2. How horrible would it be to turn heads?

    3. Rest well beloved. Tomorrow we battle.

As for me I have a couple.

I have had my "Before" body long enough, I need to get my "After" body.

I can't get the body I want without working for it. You will appreciate the things you worked for more.

Currently i'm loving 'this month's diet is next month's body'.
Also 'this time next year you'll wish you'd have started today'.

My ticker...."It is not easy, but it is worth it."

Don't wish for it to happen.....make it happen.

You only fail when you stop trying.

"I'm not losing weight, I'm getting rid of it. I have no intention of finding it again."

"When you feel like quitting, think about why you started."

"Exercise to be fit, not 'skinny'. Eat to nourish your body."

"What you do today can improve all your tomorrows."

"I am in competition with no one. I have no desire to play the game of being better than anyone. I am simply trying to be better than the person I was yesterday."

No matter how slow you go, you're still lapping everybody on the couch.

Take your fat for a run, then ditch it when nobody's looking.

If you don't take care of your body, where are you going to live?

Never give up on something just because it takes time to accomplish it. That time will pass anyway.

My motivation is my Dd - he's going to be 82 years old this August and he works out at a local gym 4 days a week - lifts weights, and bikes.

My motto is - 'if my Dad can do it - there's NO reason why I can't'!

He is my inspiration for living a healthy lifestyle -

I also go by the motto 'JUST DO IT'!

Don't think about it, don't over-analyze things - JUST DO IT!
