Also 'this time next year you'll wish you'd have started today'.

My ticker...."It is not easy, but it is worth it."

Don't wish for it to happen.....make it happen.

You only fail when you stop trying.

"I'm not losing weight, I'm getting rid of it. I have no intention of finding it again."

"When you feel like quitting, think about why you started."

"Exercise to be fit, not 'skinny'. Eat to nourish your body."

"What you do today can improve all your tomorrows."

"I am in competition with no one. I have no desire to play the game of being better than anyone. I am simply trying to be better than the person I was yesterday."

No matter how slow you go, you're still lapping everybody on the couch.

Take your fat for a run, then ditch it when nobody's looking.

If you don't take care of your body, where are you going to live?

Never give up on something just because it takes time to accomplish it. That time will pass anyway.

My motivation is my Dd - he's going to be 82 years old this August and he works out at a local gym 4 days a week - lifts weights, and bikes.

My motto is - 'if my Dad can do it - there's NO reason why I can't'!

He is my inspiration for living a healthy lifestyle -

I also go by the motto 'JUST DO IT'!

Don't think about it, don't over-analyze things - JUST DO IT!

Here are a few of mine:

If you eat in private your hips show it in public.

Little baby steps will give me my positive weight loss.

Everyday is a new day with no mistakes.

Today is another day to do it all over,
because today is another chance to get it right.

I am not losing weight I am getting rid of it, and have no intentions of finding it again.

If you want to succeed in your life, remember this phrase: That past does not equal the future. Because you failed yesterday; or all day today; or a moment ago; or for the last six months; the last sixteen years; or the last fifty years of life, doesn’t mean anything… All that matters is: What are you going to do, right now? —ANTHONY ROBBINS

One I have on a lot of T-shirts is my favourite (mainly relates to martial arts though I suppose):

The more you sweat in training, the less you bleed in battle.
