Looking forward to training!

Do any of you out there find that your training is about the only thing that you actually DO look forward to on a regular basis?

I'm about to go all psycho-babble and do an ignorant self analysis and say that I've become obsessive in that I think about training all the time and as soon as I'm finished for the day I can't wait to get back to it the next day. There is nothing else in my life that I feel this way about, and I feel like this is probably some symptom of an addictive personality trait.

Anyway, before I ramble too much about this I'll end it here. Just curious how many others, if any, have this same kind of thing going on. And if so, how do you deal with it? Or DO you deal with it?

  • Yeah, I feel this way too. Obviously I don't know you and your situation; but speaking of myself I know it's because the gym is the only place where I have control of my life. Needless to say I have issues to work on, but in the meantime I believe that a fitness vice is one I can live with. So, unless your training is actually interfering with other important aspects of your life I would not be overly concerned.
