Does seem like not enough results?

So, on May 20th, I weighed 235. Basically a month later, I have lost 7 lbs, I am at 228. Is this reasonable? I feel like I am working so hard but barely going anywhere! Does this seem like not enough results?

Take it slow and don't forget to put some weights in your routine if you have not yet. Slow and steady does it.0
