I add it to my salads instead of florets. It is also a good swap for noodles. I love it cooked with marinara sauce!0

Add a little low fat/non-fat coleslaw dressing, some nuts and some dried cranberries...YUMMM!
(and note...you really don't need much dressing at all for this!)0 -
a place sells this already made into a salad...in addition to what's in those bags they add sunflower seeds dried cranberries/raisins, some kind of mayo or dressing and i think that's it.
the sunflower seeds are key and make it incredibly delicious i think they call it "crunch salad".
^this one appears to have almonds but the one with sunflower seeds the pic is too big

Here is one of my favorite recipes.
Body for Life Sesame Beef stir fry (I usually double the recipe and then have it for lunch during the week)
2 portions brown rice (About 1/2 cup uncooked)
2 portions lean ground beef (about 1/2 pound)
1 Tbsp toased sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 green onions, sliced
1 cup broccoli slaw
1 cup napa cabbage
1 Tbsp lite soy sauce
Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
Prepare brown rice according to its package directions
2While the rice is cooking, in a medium skillet or wok, brown the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Remove the beef from the skillet, drain and set aside.
3Heat sesame oil in the skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and green onions; stir fry 2 minutes. Add the broccoli slaw and cabbage; stir fry for 2 minutes. Add rice and soy sauce; stir-fry for 2 more minutes.
4Return the cooked ground beef to the skillet with the rice and vegetable mixture and season with red pepper flakes, to taste. Stir until ingredients are well combined and heated through, about 2 minutes.
5Divide into 2 portions, serve and enjoy!
