100 Days Of Fitness

I'm new here and only just realised there was a community......


In response to everybody's 100 Days of Happiness that's been posted all over every social media site everywhere, I thought why not do something a bit more productive. So I started the 100 Days of Fitness. I found an exercise guide and I'm committing to a solid diet too.

I would love it if you MFPers could join in for some mutual support! Friend me and let's get fit!!!!

    Today the plan is:
    30 DS L3 D1 (afer work)
    30 Day Challenge D5 (after work)
    20min walk (complete)

    I'm in that TOM and I'm feeling a little bloated, however today was measurement day for me, and I would love to share my results with you all...

    In one month less 2.4lbs and less 11.2 inches total.

    Great results already, Tatyanne, congrats!

    I'm joining in this one, if you don't mind. I have to focus on getting some more activity, which will be circuits of power training, yoga, rope skipping and running, occassionaly swimming. Other points: more active during the day (10 000 steps), and rather go for a walk or something active instead of TV.

    Besides, healthier eating, but that's another topic :-)

    I'll measure again tonight/tomorrow and see if I can see some improvements. Thanks for the challange!

    Yesterday was D21 of #100FitnessDays and I went for a 8km walk (~5miles)
    Today I'm not sure what I'll do , but I need at least 65min of exercise (been in a June 24h Challenge), so at least I'll be doing 30 DS, 30 DC and probably the rest I maybe try the treadmill for some more cardio.
