hi i'm new as you might have guessed. been trying and failing to lose weight after having my two daughters. I'm a chef so i am constantly around food, i work long hours and i am always telling myself that i am too tired to workout and that eating at 10pm will be fine.
so this year i have decided to make a positive change, i am hoping to stick with this and really make an effort. any hints tips and support that anyone here can give me will be greatly appriciated.

Hi there, take it one day at a time. I am loving tis site because it keeps me accountable to my goals and I am always aware of exactly where I am at throughout the day. It takes the guess work out of it- I have been planning what my meals are going to be the day before and it has been working out well - granted it's only been a couple of weeks. Good luck!0
