How many days do you use each level of the 3, 30 day shred by Jillian michaels?
Do you use each level for 10 days? Or is there another type of schedule for it?

10 days per level typically, or just move up when you feel ready. I'm on my 4th go of it (with heavier weights) and when I first did it I took 15 days on level 2 and 10 on level 1 and 3.0

You do 10 days of level 1, 10 days of level 2, 10 days of level 3.
Personally I did 10 days then rested for 2 days then did the next 10 days and rested for 2 days then started the last 10 days.
I recommend taking before and after photos as well as measurements. I found that while my weight didn't go down very much, my measurements did.

I aimed for 10 days, I only ever got to level 1 once. I preferred Ripped in 30 personally0

I have done each level for 10 days, but every week I had a day of rest. A planner might be useful, because it is easy to lose track of the days.
