Ginger Chicken Veggie Soup

Fairly simple and straight forward soup, made with chicken breast, ginger, garlic, and an assortment of vegetables that aren't from a can...
150 grams of yellow squash
140 grams of yam
160 grams of zucchini
100 grams of Bok Choy
11 oz of chicken breast
2 garlic cloves
10 grams of fresh ginger
4 cups of chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
The whole pot is 736 calories, with 3 to 4 (or 1 if that's how you roll) serving. Directions in my MFP blog (so no outside site or worrying about me getting money for hits.
