    I just started this yesterday. Dr. told me high blood pressure, high cholesterol, blood sugar = diabetic, thyroid tumor. My goal is 40 lbs. If you can lose 35, I can do this. Your post is motivational and was great for me to see this morning as I am finding my way around MFP. Congratulations. I will use you as a role model. :smile:

    Wow a BIG well done that is AMAZING! What an inspiration! I have 22lbs to shed until I will be within the "healthy BMI" range, its good to see the before and after pictures!!!

    Good luck with the toning and fitness for the last few lbs, you must be so pleased with yourself!
