Question about MFP Water intake

MFP tells me I need to be drinking 8 glasses of water a day, but I cant find where it breaks that down into what they consider a 'glass'. I thought I saw it when I first signed up but I cant seem to find it anywhere. Ive been drinking close to 80 ounces of water a day and want to make sure Im drinking enough.

8 cups which is 8oz. each so you're doing fine.0

1 glass=1 cup=8 oz. So 64 oz a day is the "recommended" amount. I drink closer to 95-120 oz/day.0
