Hi! I need motivation, please. <3

Hi! I'm Talli. =)

Why I am starting my journey:
I'm tall with an athletic build, and I have noooo curves. Nada. Just picture a chubby Dara Torres and you'll get the idea of what I currently look like. Haha! =D (I WISH I were as fit as she is!) My weight is most noticeable in my tummy and thighs, and it definitely isn't flattering.
So I want to change my ways for a healthier lifestyle, put myself within my normal weight range and earn some muscle-tone in the process! However, I lack the motivation to exercise every day. But one thing I've discovered about myself is that a little competition can usually motivate me.
That being said, does anyone out there want to have a little contest to see who can keep up with their personal exercise schedule the longest?

Mine is 30 minutes a day (minimum), six days a week.
I mix my workouts (if any) between mini trampolining, P90X, running, swimming and sports like rugby, soccer and volleyball.

If you don't want to compete and just want to be an encouraging pal, that's fine with me, too. =D I don't bite.

Hey there you are speaking my language! I love working out, makes me feel great. I still struggle getting to the gym. My regimen consist of 20 mins on elliptical and 40+ minutes on the weights. My goal is 4 days a week. I would like to get to the point of doing cardio only in between.

I am interested in some motivation too! I love the idea of a little competition. How do you propose we keep each other accountable?

I suppose we could just check in every day to tell each other what we did for exercise. Even if we aren't able to check in every single day, we can let each other know that we're still on track. =D (Example: "I haven't been on MFP in three days, but I still exercised every day!")
We'd have to go by the honor code and such. No worries! I'm not a cheater cheater pumpkin-eater. ;)
