i dont think you need to lose weight to be honest0

I agree. I think you look fabulous.0
-
Yeah, i agree. Don't lose anymore weight..but maybe try incorporating heavy weight lifting
You look pretty good. :flowerforyou:
Good luck!0 -
Well, you've got a bit of a muffin top (hey, you did ask!) so I'd say about 5kg/10lb and see how that goes, maybe repeat that once or twice more. It's really hard to guess how much someone weighs from a photograph. Maybe ask the donkey? It would give a more accurate answer!0

not much if any... i think your a good size.. and if your happy with yourself... (or not, you should stay there )0
-
Nada, just get yourself under a barbell and lift some heavy *kitten* weight0

QFT
Eat at maintenance and lift heavy0 -
You look beautiful and happy in your photo, if you are happy with yourself, stay the same. If you would like more muscular definition, then you need to do that.0

My sister has the exact same body type as you and is always telling ME that she is fat, needs to lose weight, etc. etc. It isn't that you need to lose weight, just tone up. With as little bit of belly/body fat I see here, that shouldn't be such a hard feat. Good luck!0

10-200

It's hard to say without knowing your body fat percentage. You look very attractive, but it is possible that your bf % is a little high. You don't seem to have much muscle tone (I'm not saying you should look like a body builder). Again, it's hard to tell from your photo.0
-
You could tone up your stomach. I don't know if you necessarily need to lose weight to do that. Maybe 5 pounds. I don't know.0
-
You look beautiful and look like you are healthy weight.
What are your specific goals?0 -
Depends largely on how healthy you are, and on how you feel when you look in the mirror. If you think you could stand to lose a few, lose a few, if not so much loss, but getting some muscle tone, then lift. Either way, lose/gain/maintain, strive to be happy with yourself as you are at all stages. Self improvement begins with self, not the opinions of others. :flowerforyou:
BTW: Nice burro.0 -
I think you look fabulous!
Try lifting heavy weights and maintain your weight0 -
I agree with what a few others are saying. Your weight is likely within the perfectly healthy range, but if you're unhappy with your body composition, eat around maintenance, get enough protein (aim for 1g of LBM), and find a progressive lifting program that you like. I would recommend a full body lifting routine 3x a week.
Don't worry about the scale. Weight may go up because of water retention. It happens when your muscles break down and repair themselves.0 -

What? she asked and i gave
just my opinion, there is body fat there that needs to be burned and filled in with muscle.
Gosh, butt hurt much?
Just because someone disapproves of your opinion, it doesn't necessarily mean they're butthurt, just that they think you're wrong.

My body looks similar to yours, though I think I am taller. I'm aiming to lose 5kg more, and I lift weights doing the Stronglifts 5x5 program in conjunction with my cycling a few times per week in the hope that I can lose some fat and flatten my tummy area 'cause that's the only area I really want to feel a little bit more confident about. It is slowly happening
I think you could try to aim for 5kg while lifting weights in some sort of beginner program and see how you get on0 -
I think you look amazing. Love your figure. It depends what you find comfortable and what you want. If you want to get ripped, then strength training and lower body fat (but you don't have that much) or stay as you are and still look amazing. I do sports every day (in a pro team) (but I like having some flesh and look softer despite everyone being ripped). Your body!! X0

Needs to be? Let's be real. She's clearly at a healthy BF% and is just sitting awkwardly.
How is an emoticon even indicative of butthurt? Your post seems like such an oddly defensive reaction.0 -
Depends. How tall are you? What is your goal? Pretty lean, w/ muscle definition? Or do you like slightly more body fat?
But yeah, based on my own preferences I'd also say 10-20lbs.0 -
I think you have a really cute figure.
I don't think you really HAVE to lose anything.
How do you feel about weight training? I think you would really like the results.0 -
I agree with most here. I think you look great! I say now you should just focus on heavy lifting.0
-
I'd focus on lifting weights rather then losing more weight.0
-
I think you look great! It is hard to tell with one picture as I think you are sitting awkward and trying to balance . No more than 10 pounds as you look like you have good curves. I totally agree with everyone that you shouldnt focus on weight loss but start to lift weights. It isnt always about what the scale says but weights will get you the results you want. I would take your body any day0

aw thank u everyone :-) im goin to do my first eva circuits at the weekend to try an get toned :-)0
