Starting my plan tomorrow! Wish me luck.

Hi everyone!! I am starting my plan tomorrow. I want to stop yo-yo diet and learn how to eat for life. I think that is why most people are on Myfitnesspal! I've done Atkins for many years and keep gaining the weight back every single time. I know it's mainly because I deprive myself then once the weight loss goal is reached, I bing out on all the things I've deprived myself of.
I will do a weigh-in first thing in the morning to see how much weight I actually want to loose. I'm thinking that I probably have about 35 pounds to loose.

I started (again) today after about 6 months of going the wrong direction... I have about the same amount of weight to lose. Feel free to add me... and good luck!0

Just build a plan that has a good balanced diet. No point in starving yourself of one certain group just to binge on it later. A balance diet may cause you to lose more slowly than what your pervious diets have but a steady lose that you don't gain back is best. Good luck!!!0
