Please seek professional help. We cannot help you here.

Please do this. It's impossible to gain weight on severely restricted calories. Put your health first and see a doctor. :flowerforyou:

  • You always want to aim to eat at LEAST 1200 calories a day. Otherwise your body will go into starvation mode. Maybe not right away, but it will and then it will start storing almost everything you eat. This is not good. So at least try to hit 1,200. As far as eating your calories, I personally stick to three things - 1. try to fill yourself up with fruits, veggie, smart carbs, and protein. 1,200 will seem like a LOT of food to you if you do. 2. if you work out that day and you are hungry and are at 1,200 calories - eat something. This is your body's way of telling you that you need to eat. 3. Drink lots of water. I always try to drink a big glass of water 15 minutes before I eat a meal. This way I don't over eat and will really feel when I am full. Hope that helps!!

Honey, it definitely sounds to me like you need to seek professional help of some sort. There is no award for doing things yourself, without a doctor -- the important thing is to get as healthy as possible, no matter what type of help you need to seek to give yourself the best chance at health and happiness. I've struggled with anxiety disorder/OCD in the past, and you can bet your sweet sassafras I sought out medical help for it when I couldn't handle it on my own. The same thing with any type of physical, mental, or emotional condition -- if you need help, please seek it out.

You already know that starving yourself is not working and not healthy. Please take care of yourself.

You're probably getting bloated from the fiber, meaning it's likely just air.

    Also stop this.

Be patient, eat at least 1400 cal/day and try walking for exercise. You'll likely just bounce back from this method and eat more and worse thus gaining weight. You need to make it sustainable to be a lifestyle change.

Are you really kidding me?? In 2 days you are gaining weight? Clothes don't fit? You are not going to get results in 2 days. And 600 calories? A day? You are going to seriously hurt yourself doing that. I base that not even knowing your current physique. You might be a good candidate to see a doctor. Bit 600 calories isn't a good plan.

Get a new mindset. Don't be afraid to eat. Are you just wanting to diet (A temporary reduction in weight)? Or are you on a total behavioral modification?
Don't get me wrong, weight loss doesn't happen over days. Its a longer process than that.

I forgot to add - based on one of your prior posts about gaining weight in one day - you may some body dysmorphia issues. You want to speak to a physician and a psychiatrist.

Being that I trained young females in sports like volleyball and basketball and having my daughter in competitive dance, I've seen my fair share of young females sharing information on dieting and how a female "should" look. And 99% of the time it's bad information.
It's also not uncommon for young females today to buy clothes much smaller than they really are to meet some certain criteria of acceptance amongst their peers then find out that a little water retention makes these clothes feel much much tighter and distorting their image that they must be eating too much because of it.
Don't let this become an issue because it will follow you the rest of your life. I would implore you to seek a professional and have a sit down. Something you may not want to hear, but being a professional in the fitness industry I've seen my fair share of people who have been affected by eating disorders and body dysmorphia issues. Don't put it on the back burner.

So, it's like, did you ever use a wood stove? You put four logs in there and they take up the whole stove. Then they start burning and those logs get smaller and smaller and smaller until they are just coals and ashes, and you clean it out. This is like food in your tummy. You put food in there and it takes up space, but then your body burns it and uses that fuel and the rest is eliminated when you go to the bathroom.

To keep your body fueled properly, you need to put that food in there, even though it temporarily takes up space.

That is a simplistic explanation of a complicated process, but you need to know that it is entirely NORMAL. You should get professional help so that you can learn to be okay with your body and its processes.
