bloating help

I always feel bloated lately and esp after workouts. Its not "that time" and i drink lots of water and even if im under my sodium intake i feel bloated? Is there anything besides a diuretic like diurex that i can take to stop from bloating???

  • An old trick to help bloating is to take apple cider vinegar (must say with mother on package that is the yeast in it). Have a shot of it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach followed by a big glass of water. It tastes gross but definelty helps me with bloating if i do it for a week or two. You can find unfiltered apple cider vinegar in the health food section of the grocery store most of the time.

    Eating a lot of fiber, fruit and vegetables can cause this too, but it's normal. Sometimes eating foods rich in potassium or taking a Vitamin K supplement can help. Try bananas, kiwis or Special K cereal.
