    Hi everyone. Just wanted to share my new photo for some support to those who think they can't lose the weight. 5 years ago I weighed my highest at 305 lbs. I'm currently at 171.6 and I have 11 lbs to go for my major goal of reaching 160 lbs. I've never hit the 160's so I'm super excited. So without further or do, here is my photo...
