    would have been chocolate but can't do the having a little bit, it's all or nothing so now it's ice cream, love skinny cow ;-)

    I love peanut butter and I always thought i couldn't live without it but since my boyfriend doesn't like it and I've told myself I can't have it I don't buy it.

    I know if I had it in the house I'd lose control and destroy my diet.

    I think maybe when I reach my goal weight I might start keeping some natural sugar free peanut butter around for snacks.
