These sound amazing!0

I found them too oily with oil. So I literally just throw the bag of kale onto the oven tray and then toast for a few minutes. No additions. Voila, a crunchy, delicious snack with no additions. Super low calorie and delicious.0

Awesome! will diffently try this next time!0 -
I love kale in salads, soups and smoothies so I thought I would try kale chips....I used olive oil and some Cajun seasoning and a little sea salt. I have to tell you that these were nasty. The oven baking seemed to enhance the bitterness of the kale. They ended up in my garbage disposal. Thanks but no thanks.0

I enjoy kale chips, but I don't care for them the next day. I always make sure to only bake what I'm going to eat right away. Another crispy veggie snack I like is to toss a bag of frozen okra (while still frozen) in a little olive oil, lay out on baking sheet and bake at 400 for about 20 minutes until crispy.0

Okra is one of my favorite veggies! Im going to try this asap!0

I can just set them in the dehydrator while fresh and they'll crisp up?0 -
we love kale chips around here. Even my kids love it. We also put it in a skillet and put in a can of diced tomatoes and some garlic and its yummy too. I can't keep enough kale in this house. lol0

Does it taste a bit like that 'seaweed' chinese takeaways sell in the UK?0
