Should I eat if I'm still hungry

If I'm going to be under for the week and I'm not planning on a big weekend then I would eat. Otherwise I stay hungry. Unless it is TOM then I eat. Mostly because nothing satisfies me during that week/couple of days before. Of course I regret it later because of the bloat but it's gone within a couple of days.
