so today is day 1!!
Off to a good start although quite hungry and peeing a lot.. anyone else doing the media weight loss plan.. would love some tips and to hear encouraging experiences ..

It's about moderation not deprivation. There are no good/bad foods, only bad eating habits. Do or do not, there is no try. You have to want it, you have to work for it, you have to realize that only you can do it.

If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal
If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal

I am officially on week 3, day 1 - the first week is the hardest (in my opinion) but once you get through it, you get to add either 2 servings of approved veggies, or 1 serving of approved veggies and 1 serving of approved fruit, plus a serving of an approved healthy fat.0 -
I started in March and am loving the results! I am down 43.2 since I started Medi and 48 since my highest in Dec/Jan. I have tried many different plans and this one is working well for me. My best advice is to log everything you eat. Sending you a friend request.

I just recently started Medi weight loss yesterday. I officially started the high protein diet and calorie restriction today. So far it seems fine to me. I have been going to the Medi Weight Clinic since June and am down 55 lbs. I have done every diet out there and this is the one that worked. I am still in the Acute Phase but can easily see myself and my husband living like this for the rest of our lives.
I'm not an expert but I would love to chat and offer support to anyone else on this program!!!0
