7 Day Calorie Burn Challenge

Hi All,
If any of you have been part of my past challenges you'll notice I'm going to do things differently this time. Instead of putting up anumber that's unattainable for some I've decided we all put up our own number.Please make it something you'll have a tough time reaching otherwise it's really not a challenge now is it?The formats the same so good luck & be safe!!
The challenge starts january 12th & ends January 18th. Here's the format I'd like to see used::
My Weekly Goal: 12000 calories
Wed:- calories burned (how they were burned)
Thur:calories burned (how they were burned)
Fri: calories burned (how they were burned)
Sat:calories burned (how they were burned)
Sun:calories burned (how they were burned)
Mon: calories burned(how they were burned)
Tues:calories burned(how they were burned)
Total:
Left To Go

I just saw this. I didn't so do well on calorie burning today. Except I kept moving all day so I'm sure I burned a decent amount. I did jump rope for 6 minutes. Played w/2 kids. Cleaned = sweeping/mopping/dusting/dishes/laundry. Did opposite arm/leg raises. Bench pressed 10 lbs.0

I'm in to join ya for this week!! Didn't have the motivation I needed last week....so I fell off for a few days...but I'm back with some huge motivation and starting the week off right!! lol so I guess I will just do a 2 day calorie burn challenge!!

I'm in to join ya for this week!! Didn't have the motivation I needed last week....so I fell off for a few days...but I'm back with some huge motivation and starting the week off right!! lol so I guess I will just do a 2 day calorie burn challenge!!

Good to see you here.I know the feeling .I haven't been too motivated this week! I've decided starting wednesday I'm going to do my best to burn 10000 calories a week & be satisfied.If I go over that's not a bad thing.Hopefully you'll be joining me.!0 -
I most certainly will!! I need the challenges!! They are what keeps me going to get off my butt and exercise!! lol I will probably be setting my at 8000 though...I seem to be averaging about 6000 so I figure I should start a little at a time and work up to 10000!!!0

Are you starting a new thread for the new week? If so, could ya post the link for me...I'd love to keep doing this so that hopefully I can reach my goals...lol
