I AM SO PROUD. I HAVE NOT WEIGHED UNDER 200 IN ABOUT 11 YEARS.
STILL GOT A LONG WAY TO GO BUT I AM DEFINATELY ON MY WAY!!!!

    Congratulations!!! I also reached Onederland recently for the first time in about ten years. I still have 60 pounds to go before my goal weight, but seeing a one at the beginning of my weight when I step on the scale feels so damn good. :)
