Curious what your daily goals are...

Based on the desire to lose weight while on a relatively low carb diet, I have manually adjusted my daily intake goals to be.:

Calories 1400
Carbs 75
Fat 65
Protein 140
Sodium 1800
Fiber 55

I am 5' 9" and started at 225... Down to 182... 6 more to go...

Wondering what others have their daily goals set at and if you reach them...
I am usually over on carbs and low on protein and fibre...

    My goals are:
    210g Protein
    225g Carbs
    75g fat


    I my trade 20 grams of carbs for 11 more grams of fat soon. It is avocado season!

    Are you referring to breaking down calories into protein, fats, carbohydrates and alcohols?

    When you set your goals here it breaks it down for you and you can choose to change the percentage of your caloric intake... You can also choose which you want to track... Does that answer your question? I haven't figured out macros yet

    Depends what your goals are. Cutting? Bulking? What kind of exercises you do.. etc...

    Lose 0.5 to 0.8 lbs per day

    Hit or below my daily cal

    Do some type of activity..anything

    Dont eat my cals back unless im absolutely craving...so I dont binge eat
