21 Day Fix

I was wondering if doing the 21 day fix workouts would be good enough rather than trying to do the diet plan with it. I don't really like following the diet plans for programs so I'm hoping that just doing the workout itself will help me get results. Has anyone done this? I just want to lose the last 10 lbs.

What do you do on day 22 and the arbitrary number on the scale is there? Go back to old habits? Work out 3 hours a day?
Why don't you look into recomposition and lifting instead of hoping for the scale to say a number.
