Hi im trisha, I am looking to make some new friends to help me stay motivated and vice versa. I started my journey last year and lost a little over 40 lbs. Somewhere along the lines i lost motivation and i have since then gained back 19 lbs. I really want to make this year count. It would be nice to have some help along the way. :)

    You can do it! I have been working out consistently for about a month now and just started watching my food intake. I am a naturally pretty healthy eater but I think I have been eating bigger portions than I should so I haven't seen any results from my workouts. I just want to keep being motivated and provide motivation to others too! Add me if you would like.
