exercising on low carb diet

Hi, just wanted to ask if I am eating 50g carbs and working out 3 days per week can I afford to up my carbs a bit after work out and if so by how much, will this knock me out of ketosis. Thanks

Don't up them after a workout- that's when you want protein. Up them before you work out if you have to, but it's not really necessary. Once you are adapted to the low carbs- 2-4 weeks- then you should have plenty of energy for working out.0
