Macronutrients question.

I'll try to make this as simple and clear as I can.
My regular diet is an attempt at a casual, hassle
free low(ish) carb diet. Having tracked my food for a while on the app, I find that I'm eating roughly 50% fat 30% carbs usually a little over 20% protein with the difference coming out of carbs or fats. I am comfortable with this, knowing that it's mildly unorthodox.
I'm shooting for only occasionally going over 2,200 calories, and no less than 1,200 per day, with a weekly average of under 2,200 at all times with a minimum goal of 2lbs weight loss per week. I've added an excercise routine in, and I occasionally let that extra burn add to my daily calorie intake. All of that said, it's working. I'm dropping weight at a comfortable rate.
Here's my trouble: some months ago I deleted the fat ratios within the app. It shows my goals as 0% for both polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats, and has a total for saturated fats that I don't think fits my macronutrients goals either. Obviously that's not what I am shooting for.
Is there any reliable resource for how to set the grams limits within the macronutrients goals for fats and carbs to a healthy, compatability with my desired percentage settings?

First off, losing 2+ pounds a week is not necessarily healthy unless you are quite overweight (meaning that will not be all fat loss you will lose a considerable amount of muscle in the long run). On the fats topic...I would speak with a professional about what are consdiered healthy levels for your age, gender, etc. These can then be altered by choosing a custom meal plan instead of the guided plan on MFP. The percentage settings will only give you a % for your total fat calories...it's up to you to break down into your desired amounts of saturated, poly and mono...again, I would seek advice from a health professional for this breakout.0

I'm at about 35% body fat at the moment and about 95 pounds overweight, so for the short term I'm comfortable with the 2lbs per week. I appreciate your advice on consulting a health pro. My hope has been to study my way to a good solution and learn to make wise decisions.
The level of controversy and debate about nutrition in general and about simple carbs, cholesterol, and their roles in heart disease has made me a fair skeptic of just what health professional would be the best help.
Still, thank you. For me this is somewhat uncharted territory. I'll have to figure out how to find a solid health professional. Even the doctors seem confused about what the right answers are when I start asking them questions. They're either locked into the old school diet pyramid or they are wishy washy about newer science.0 -

have you tried this yet:
1) click My Home
2) click Goals
3) click Change Goals
4) choose the Custom bubble and click Continue
5) Set you Calories, macros and fitness goals
6) click Change Goals to save
Set them as close to the % that gets you near the grams for that macro, and then you can build a new food item that you add to your diary daily that contains either positive or negative number of grams for each macro to even out the discrepancy from having to set it via %
if you are confused, look at my diary. i add 2 food items per work out day or rest day and it adjusts my macros to the correct grams remaining0 -
See if your doctor will refer you to a dietician. If you have weight-related health issues (cholesterol, blood pressure etc) it might be covered by your insurance.0

Thank you guys. All of the responses have been helpful, health, website, and insurance related. I can work with that.0
