    Can you open your diary?

It's really going to help us if we have more information. Right now any advice we give you could either be something you're already doing or completely contrary to what your actual problem is.

Would you be comfortable opening your diary for us to take a look?

You're logging everything you eat? Including condiments, cooking oils, veggies, cheat days, etc? Are you using a food scale, measuring cups, or eyeballing your portion sizes? Most people can be off in their estimates by a whole lot when they eyeball portions. Measuring cups are better, but a food scale is always going to be the most accurate.

And make sure that you've calculated your calorie goals appropriately. Remember that these are just estimates. You may need to play around a little to find what works best for you.

If you're exercising and eating back your earned exercise calories, be sure that you're using accurate estimates of your burn. MFP and gym machines have a tendency to overestimate certain activities, which can cause you to eat back more calories than you need to. Even a heart rate monitor isn't 100% accurate. If you're eating those extra earned calories it might be a good idea to eat only 50-75% of those.

Are you weighing and measuring all of your food?

    Are you a diet-controlled diabetic - type 2? Or insulin dependent - type 1?

If you're the latter, I wouldn't be asking an online forum for advice when this could be a really serious issue. I would talk to your doctor first regarding this issue.

If you weren't diabetic then the online community is a great resource, but since that can be so difficult to manage I would see your doctor first to rule out diabetic causes.

I would get more accurate about your logging to start with. No more quick add calories and no more skipping days.

I have type two diabetes. I have found since I have been watching what I eat I dont have to take my insulin and I have cut my meds in half. I still find some days im running very low. That could be the reason Im so tired I seem to be eating enough.

I am weighing and measuring my food. Im wondering if Im counting my exercise correct. Im doing 30 min on the treadmill each day with a incline at about 30-34. I also do 24 minutes of cadio. I do these both 5 days a week.

I think that you may be right as far as eating back my calories. Maybe I should stay at 1200 calories and not count what I earn back.

As far as skipping days the weekends are hard but I dont eat all day and just ear dinner. The quick add calories I will work on thank you.

Before I stared MFP I had just lost about 15 pounds. and about 4 years ago 40 pounds. Im very active and never seem to sit down.

It is so nice of all of you to take the time to try to help me!!!

    Thank you :flowerforyou:

Is your doctor aware of you not taking your insulin and cutting your meds in half?

That could be some of the problem...
