    I've been a little emotional today, so bare with my mushiness:

    This post made my eyes all watery (we'll call it allergies). About 6 days ago, I started the couch-to-5k program because my health is going to follow my weight down the rabbit hole if I'm not careful. My first distance and time were almost identical to yours. This post showed me where I can be and what I can achieve
