Plenty of vegetables, chicken and Asda good to yourself range korma sauce.
What can I have as the 'rice' I really don't want rice, so thinking of alternatives, if any ?

I had chicken Korma last night and instead of rice, I just add 2 cups of frozen brocoli with it. It really does the trick!0

It's not home made, it's from a jar bought in Asda from their 'diet' range. Sorry to dissapoint haha0 -
Have you ever tried cauliflower rice? Another MFP friend suggested it to me- just take cauliflower and grade it with a hand grader and it looks like rice. Much less in calories0

i roasted half a pepper then put the curry inside it, really really nice, juicy and filling0
