Here lately I haven't had the energy to workout, at home or at the gym. Then when I do muster the energy to workout, I can't find it again for at least three days. So, my question is how many of my MFP peeps use pre and post workout supplements? What do you use? And why does it work for you?

    Hey.. I use a little preworkout when I want to push myself to the extreme but not on a daily basis. I have a protein shake after my workout to help fuel my muscles. If your lacking that much energy, maybe you need you should have a banana or green smoothie an hour or so before you workout. That might help give you some energy.
