Need help finding a middle ground

I've been having the problem that I either binge eat until I feel sick or restrict and excessively work out until I'm burnt out. Does anyone else have this problem and have any ideas on how I can somehow come to a happy middle?

    count your calories. don't restrict anything. try to prelog your day so you know when you need to eat, when you need to wait to eat. drink a lot of water. exercise on a schedule and plan rest days.
