so i was wondering , how do you guys debloat yourself? mind to share, :)

    Low sodium, high fiber diet, and doing something active every day
  • My primary strategy is avoiding wheat products since my IBS was traced to that delicious door.

    When I get painful bloating, this exercise helps too.

    gas-x, peppermint tea, water(lots of it), asparagus, and lots of melons(high water content+fiber)

    And sometimes watermelon.
