Healthy Deficit?

I'm just wondering what a healthy deficit would be....I don't want to go overboard, but I'm obviously wanting to lose weight.

My calorie goal is 1390/day, and I'm burning anywhere from 500-750 calories. I eat back some of my calories (100-200) and I feel fine, but is that healthy? Should I be eating more? Keep in mind, after my "extra" calories are added on, I am still consuming around 1390.

Thanks

My opinion is since you're eating a low amount to start just make sure you eat most of the calories burned back, I've found if I don't my weight loss will stall and I'll feel like crap, might not be that day, but after a while I would just have no energy.

Well, she's right, there was absolutely no need to double post this. You're just cluttering the forums that way.

It's hard to know what a healthy deficit is without knowing your stats. I'm assuming you arrived at your number through some calculator or other? In the long run, there's no way to know what's right for you aside from trying it and finding out. Monitor your energy level and if you find it's coming off too quickly, too slowly or stalling, play around with it. Fiddle with your intake until you find your sweet spot. It can take a few months to really get it down.

I think eating healthy thing will never come in your way, it will not give any effect on your weight, you can eat the healthy things and do the proper workout for your health, diet alone is not responsible that will effect to your health.

I agree, but I had just posted in the wrong forum the first time, tried to delete it and couldn't figure it out. I didn't intentionally try to clutter the forums. Thank you for the other comments.
