    I weigh every morning. I write down my wt in my calender book where I plan my ex activity plan for the week... but I only post weekly or when I hit a new low on my fitnesspal... it keeps me focused on my game plan I need to be very proactive.... and when I see it a pound heavier it makes me work a little harder... its all good....

    I also weigh in daily in the mornings before showering. I find it helps me stay motivated everyday but I don't freak out if I don't lose everyday.

    I'm the same as you- I try not to weight myself every day but often do. I only record the number if I'm down for 2 days in a row or up for 3 days in a row.
