    Hi, Blanca! I'm 44, but I just got diagnosed last week. I've got a lot of work to do and need support also.

    I'm low carb right now because I've also got hyperinsulinism, but when I friend you, you're welcome to view my eating diary for food ideas, etc.

    I truly believe Type II is reversible! Get "The End of Diabetes" by Joel Fuhrman. Stop this now before your cells and/or pancreas are further damaged.
