Measuring a serving size

Hello my fellow fitness friends!
Just wanted to see what your thoughts were on measuring oz. I frequently use this stripped chicken for salads, wraps, ect. But the serving size is 3oz. and I have not a clue on how to measure that out! I've heard that 3oz. is a deck of cards, but would I measure that in the strip size, or when I cut them into smaller pieces (which I always do). How do I know how to measure out a serving size in oz. so I can mark down the appropriate calories I ate? Any suggestions, please feel free!

first suggestion is to get a food scale....I couldn't go through my day to day life without using it a couple times.
A deck of hards, or size of your fist is a 4oz size if I recall what I read.0 -
Honestly, the best way to measure it would be to get a food scale. They aren't too expensive (I think I got mine for less than $30) and well worth the money. I use it often and it has helped me to be able to guess more accurately when I am out or someone else prepares the food.0

The most accurate way is to get a food scale. You can get one a target for under $20. I use mine every day!0

You cannot accurately measure without a food scale. I bought The Biggest Loser food scale at walmart.com for less than $20.0

Yes - a scale! I have an "add and weigh" scale (analog, but that's a personal preference) - if you buy one, just make sure the increments on it are what you want/need..0

Any suggestions for a cheap, but accurate scale?0
