Hi I am Bernice,
I have started my fitness pal so many times and then delete my account when i fall off the wagon, I am from the UK, I live in China but I am currently working in thailand, will be here until the end of the year so i am wanting to transform my lifestyle, would love friends for chatting, support and giggles and preventing me from giving me up, m 5 year wedding anniversary is on new years eve i want to back to my husband in china with a new lease on life and more importantly a healthy body so we can start a family!

    I can relate to falling off the wagon too many times to count! It's a journey with many hills and valleys. I live in the US and definitely could use the support. Love Hilda! :smile:
