The only way to get rid of hunger is to eat. If you aren't actually hungry and just feel like eating, you just say No and focus on something else. If you're hungry, eat! You can chow fruit all day without affecting the other things.
I don't know about bloating. I only get that with dairy and I get rid of it by eating very little dairy. Cottage cheese I do much better with than the rest. That's probably just me, though.0 -
Water. Lots of water....at least that's what works for me.0

If your truly hungry, then eat. If your not, then tell yourself that you are bored and don't need a snack. Learning self control has a lot of trials and errors, but eventually you'll be able to tell the difference between real hunger, and bored so want to snack.0

Make sure you're eating enough. Don't try to lose so much weight so quickly that your daily calorie intake is too low for your body. This will cause a lot of hunger pains.
Eat at a reasonable calorie deficit. You'll lose weight and not be so hungry.0
