dry weight or cooked

Hi quick question
When working out portion size and calories do you calculate the calories based on the cooked weight or the dry. For example, 75g of uncooked rice or pasta is a lot smaller and weighs less than that same amount cooked.
At the moment I'm measuring my portion sizes and calorie using cooked weights and trust me 75g of cooked rice or pasta is small.

For pasta and rice always measure pre-cooked / dry.
Pre-cooked for almost everything else as well.
There might be one or two exceptions but I cannot think of them right now.0 -
Dry weight is smart choice and its probably the most usual way of measuring foods.0

Meat, weigh cooked.
Frozen meat will always contain water / ice therefore distorting the true weight of the source.0
