High Protein, low carb, low fat foods

Hi
I'm not on a low fat, low carb diet but I'm not getting enough protein in my diet and wondered if any one can suggest any foods which are high in protein but low in carbs and fat as I'm going above both of these every day.
I generally eat turkey for dinner most nights so it's probably snack or lunchtime that i need to add it.

Tuna, greek yougart, cottage cheese, eggs /whites or whole, and beans just to name a few

Low fat, light Greek yogurt - I like the Dannon Light & Fit flavors. I also love low fat cottage cheese. I add some cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice to it and a packet of Stevia, and it's SO good.0

Boneless, skinless chicken breast usually gives about 20+ grams of protein per 4 ounces. Thatgirlkelli named plenty of others but for the eggs you'd have to have egg whites for low fat because whole eggs provide more fat than you think. It's all good though of course...0

I already have greek yogurt (full fat as low fat contains loads of sugar) and beans, I can't stomach cottage cheese. I eat scrambled eggs for breakfast.0

Smoothie w 2/3 C plain greek yogurt, 1 scoop protein (whey) powder, 1/3 C milk and frozen berries or Peanut butter (PB2 powder if you want low fat). This has 48 g protein.0

A lot of the protein bars are good for a snack. I can find the Kind bars that have 10 grams of protein, 13 carbs, 14 fat. Also, spread your protein out. Chicken is really good, remember dark has a little more fat in it. Quinoa is a good option for protein and you can add to it (it is like rice or pasta but more protein) spice it up add veggies or chicken. It is pretty versatile. It can also be used for breakfast, just add some berries or other fruit.
It depends really on where you want your calories to fall and what protein goals you are trying to reach. I sometimes have a 90+ grams of protein a day. But I do 2 herbalife shakes a day.0 -
Looking at your diary I would say cut out the Costa Latte and go to Lurpak Lightest and spend the macros on good fats and add in more protein in the way of Tuna, Salmon, Nuts, seeds or for low fat options, greek yogurt, quinoa, venison, lean fillet steak, chicken, white fish, egg whites, low fat cottage cheese...0

Forgot to mention this: for lunch, I like to have the Tysons Grilled & Ready Chicken breasts on hand. They come in a green bag in the frozen food section. They are already cooked so I just heat them in the microwave for two minutes, add a slice of low fat cheese on top, and eat place it between two slices of Light wheat bread, which I toast. It's tasty and filling!0

I don't like Chicken but I eat turkey most nights and have eggs in the morning (whole ones), plus the greek yoghart and beans (kidney, butter, cannilli) and still not hitting anywhere near.0 -
Its a little expensive but turkey jerky is a good high protein low fat/no carb snack. Tofu is high in protein, edamame if i recall is high in protein like 20 grams of protein for a cup worth. Sometimes rolling up lunch meat into little portable snacks is good too like turkey or chicken breast, with a little seasoning.0

Have you considered a protein supplement? I use the GNC whey protein in the bag. 60 g protein, 7g carbs, and (I think) 1g fat.0

Giving up my latte is not an option.
I cannot stomach cottage cheese.
Quinoa though I didn't realise it was high in protein I have that at home and could swap it with the rice I have for lunch.0 -

I think some people misread you as asking for high fat foods haha. Go with chicken.0

Do you like Veggie burgers? They have a lot of protein and are low in fat. Also, light hot dogs are a good source of protein. I buy 93% lean ground beef and make burgers too. I don't eat protein bars but I know there are tons out there, maybe that would be an option. Atkins makes a lot of bars and snacks that are high in protein and low in sugar.0 -

30 grams hemp hearts will give you: 10 g protein; 3 carbs and 13 fat - sprinkle on salads, eat in yogurt etc.
I am doing low carbs, started off at 125g, had to up carbs to to at least 175g as I became very constipated. This week, I plan on eating the bulk of my carbs in the morning and ease off during the remainder of the day.0 -

This wonderful German cheese has 1 or 2% fat, and 30 grams of protein and 124 calories per 100 grams!
That's 4.13 calories per gram protein. This ratio beats the following foods:
Raw chicken (4.78)
Cottage Cheese (7.92)
Plain Yoghurt (20.3)
Tuna (4.46)
Quinoa (28.8)
And they come in little 50-gram rolls that are useful for bringing with you and snacking.

Low fat cottage cheese is awesome. A lot of people tend to like theirs on the sweeter side (like with some jam or fruit), but I like mine spicy and flavorful! I love putting Trader Joe's South African Smoke spice blend in it. I've even tried spicy curry powder for an Indian kick!0

I have used this as well ( Protein Powder) and I have really liked it. Plus I talked to my Doctor and she was all for it!!! She wants me to get around 120 gr. a day of Protein, and trying to fit that into 1200 calories can be challenging!0

Sure, why not! A little olive oil to prevent sticking and you can throw the big ones on the grill. Also, no reason why you can't pan sautee with EVOO. You can probably even steam them if you want. They won't have AS much flavor, but that eliminates using fat altogether (although, you need fat in your diet).0 -
