Anyone ever done, or tried it?

I am doing some research on it now, and may give it a go.
Starting in Aug, cause I plan on upping my calorie intake then.

So just looking for anyone who has done it, tried it, liked it, hated it....etc..

I did something like it for awhile and loved it but could not keep up with it because it was tearing up my joints too much. Give it a try, definitely good for switching it up for awhile.

Yeah, the joint aspect is what I am worried about
I have enough problems as it is, especially on my heavy days.....

It has gotten a little bit better since I started using Controlled Labs' Orange Triad
    But still, I feel it.

I still use it (sans the legs and abs day) as a 30 day break/ sort of a shock to my normal routine. I don't have the joint stress as my weight during GVT is relatively low (.6 - .65 Max).

I'm doing Sheiko- not sure how different it is from a German program but there is a lot of lifting going on in my program LOL.

My knees were bothering me quiet a bit- I squat twice a week- and usually two sessions- so like squat bench squat bench- or squat bench squat, occasioanly bench squat bench- but usually two squat sessions. .

But I'm on my feet at dance class for 10 hours a week also- so knees- hip flexors- everything just hurts- all the time. I take every second of rest I can- rest days are truly rest days- more sleep is probably a bigger issue.

I didn't up my calories- I'm supposed to be losing- but I seem to be holding steady- and I'm okay- I wish I was bulking- it would be easier if I was- but it's totally do-able without going crazy on the food.

Depends on what your goals are. Getting bigger, it's great. Strength or Athleticism, there are better methods. Beyond 5/3/1 has a GVT model in it that is worth checking out.
