Advice on when to eat

Hi im after some advice. I'm struggling to fit in my riding time I want to lose weight love cycling but due to work I can ride at 4am or 830pm. If I ride in the morning its just a case of weather and water But the evening I struggle with when to eat as any decent ride get me in after 9. And advice or direction? Please?

    Eat whenever you want.

    Meal timing or frequency doesn't matter.

    I'm down 60lbs and almost every day I eat a huge meal of chicken or beef and potatoes right before going to bed.

    I also eat whenever I want throughout the day. Sometimes I'll begin eating in the morning, starting with breakfast.

    Other times I don't start eating til 5pm in the afternoon or later.

    Doesn't matter. Been doing it like this since last year and haven't had any problems losing weight.

    Timing of meals does not matter.

    Some days I don't start eating until 1 PM. Other days I start at 9 AM. It all depends on whether I'm hungry or not.

    I typically eat until midnight each day. There's nothing wrong with you eating a meal after 9 PM.

    You will lose weight as long as you stay below your daily caloric goal.

    I would probably do the biking in the evening and eat half of my supper before and half after. I do that a lot now with running.

    Meal timing is irrelevant to weight loss. Stay within your calorie allotment, eat when you want. I eat like 1400 calories some nights at like 10 pm, then go to bed at 11pm or 12. It's calories in vs out

    Only thing I would mention, is learn your body.

    I can't eat before a hardcore ride, but I can eat DURING it. (Go figure.)

    Yer thats my issue. If I eat when I get in around 6 snd then ride around 830 I cannot wprk hard enough.

    So unless I go out early. Im stuck.. but mot now

    No not really. I lift 3x a week and that's it. No cardio.

    cool, Thanks for the advice i was getting in a twist as was told must eat before 9pm other wise ill not loose weight.
